Pleated mosquito net are perfect solution for sliding & casement doors whereas roller mosquito net are used on small windows. Stainless steel & fiberglass mesh rolls are used by fabricators of aluminum & UPVC shutters. Partition system is used to divide conference rooms to save on energy cost.
The company has exclusive collaborations with Greenweb, Germany & T.I.E., Italy. German technology is used to produce mosquito net screens with best international quality. Fiberglass & zigzag plisse mesh is procured from European leading manufacturer T.I.E., Italy.
We have 2 factories based at Delhi & Hubli to manufacture customized mosquito nets. Our factories use the latest machines imported from our foreign partners. We use Ultrasonic welding machine to bond PVC strips with mesh and Pneumatic needle for hole alignment in zigzag mesh.
The production team follows international standard operating procedures for production and quality control. The supervisors have been trained by visiting technical managers of our collaborators. Each mosquito net system produced has to go through 6 point quality checks to ensure zero defect dispatch.
